Harvest Mice

Today I have three cards that I made with the Harvest Mice stamp set by Birdie Brown. Thought I wasn't going to find the time to get them made before Thanksgiving, but luckily I did. They were too cute not to get them colored this year.

I colored all my images with Copics and then cut them out with my Scan n Cut 2.  Loving it for just this reason.  I did the same layout on all my cards, and just changed the papers and colored image.

I used various dies from My Favorite Things and Lawn Fawn and papers from Doodlebug and Lawn Fawn.  The enamel dots are from Doodlebug as well.  I was very happy with how they all turned out.

Autumn Squirrel

I have been on a crafting roll this week.  Turning all my colored images from the thirty day color challenge in October into cards.  I have another Bugaboo Stamps image today.  I love the super cute images Jodi has on her website.  This time I have Autumn Squirrel.

I rarely enter challenges because I never seem to have the time, so that fact that I am entering the challenge over at Catch the Bug Blog twice in one week is amazing to me.

Crabby Cat

Last month I participated in the challenge over at The Daily Marker and I have several colored images sitting on my desk now.  This month I am turning those colored images into cards.  Today I have Crabby Cat from Bugaboo Stamps.

I love the expression on his face.  It makes me think of the Grinch.  I think this is what he would look like if he were a cat.  I did a pretty simple layout, just using a few layers of paper.

I am entering this card into the November anything goes challenge over at Bugaboo Stamps.

Turkey Cards

Last year my Girl Scout troop made Christmas cards for the nursing home that is right down the street from us.  This year our Girl Scout Community made Halloween cards for the nursing home and cards for Operation Welcome Home for the soldiers.

Not to let the girls have all the fun, I thought I would make some myself this time.  I made about 20 cards the other night for Thanksgiving. Nothing fancy, but I did get to use my Cricuit and my favorite cartridge "Create a Critter", and some dies with my BigShot.

I plan to have the girls deliver them to the nursing home the week of Thanksgiving when they are going to play board games with them.  Love the service projects we get to do through Scouts.

Jennifer McGuire is hosting a month long of Share Handmade Kindness and I think it is the greatest idea.  Let's share our joy of making things with everyone.
