Oink

I'm back today with another super cute image I got over at Bugaboo Stamps.  I love all the farm animals that Jodie put out in February.  I finally found time to color a few of them.

I just love this little pig.  I colored her with my Copics and did a very simple layout.  The stamp is from a very old set that I have.

Quinn and her boots

I have been looking at the Stamping Bella stamps for a while now.  I finally got a couple of them.  The first one I decided to do was Quinn and her boots.

I used my Copics and need to practice a lot more on such tiny spaces like her legs.  I went with yellow and greens. They are my favorite colors.  I used some old Creative Memories paper from my stash.

Valentine Bear

Here is the third Valentine Card I had made.  I made this one for my oldest daughter.  The girls really like shaker cards.  I really rushed on this card since I waited the last minute and wished I had lined the foam tape and sides up a little better.

I used Stickles on the big heart and Glossy Accents on the small heart on the bear.

Hedgehugs

I'm back today with another Valentine's card day.  This one is for my youngest daughter.  I used the Hedgehugs stamp from Lawn Fawn and made a shaker card.  The kids love them and they are fun to make.

Instead of using foam tape or fun foam, I cute 10 layers of the die and glued them together.  I'll think she will like it.

Cownt Your Blessings

I finally found a few minutes to make a few Valentine cards this week. Of course, when I saw this image over at Bugaboo Stamps last week, I just had to get it.  Who could resist such sweet cows?

I used my Copics to color the cows and then added some Glossy Accents to the heart.  The sentiment is from one of the those $1.50 stamps at Michaels.  I think it turned out very cute and can't wait to give it to the recipient on Saturday.

Snow Buds

I have been so busy preparing to make cards with my daughter's girl scout troop on Wednesday, I haven't had much time to get hardly anything done for myself.  I did manage to color up this cute little image from Little Miss Muffet, Swings 'n Slides: Snow Buds.

I used a little Glossy Accents on her glasses, and Wink of Stella the Snowman's hat.  I really liked the way it turned out.

Forest Friends

I have two daughters and both are in Girl Scouts.  I have made cards with each of their troops and it is always so much fun.  I have been asked by my oldest daughter's Junior troop if I could make Valentine cards with them this year.  I usually make about 80 different critters from the Create-A-Critter cartridge and have an assortment of bases and embellishments for them to use.

This year I have decided to throw in all the extra stamped images I have colored while practicing with my Copics.  I have quite a few.  I then came across these super cute Forest Friends digital stamps over at Mygrafico.com and had to have them.  They were just so cute that I wanted to play with them.  So that's what I did.  I printed them all out, cut with them different dies and had a great time coloring them.

I used all different colors just trying out different things.  I used Glossy Accents on their eyes. I hope the girls like them, mine said they did. I might try to make up one more set before we get together to make cards. Any excuse to color some more, lol.
