Peaches

Last week I picked up some digi stamps from Bugaboo Stamps.  They are having their Christmas in July sale and all stamps are 50%.  I got this adorable image called "Peaches with Balloons" and used my Copics and colored her two different ways.  I think I agree with Sydney and like the warm gray one better than the cool gray.  Either way, she was fun to color.

Farm Critters

I can't believe its already the end of July.  My oldest daughter's birthday is August 1st.  She is turning ten.  I found the cutest digi stamps to use for her card at Bugaboo Digi Stamps.  I love all the adorable stamps that are available there.  I got a couple others too that I will show later.

For her card, I actually took two images and made it into one scene. My daughter plays the game "Hay Day" and she got me playing it as well. So when I saw the "Fried Chicken" and "BACON in the Sun" I knew they would be prefect for her card.  I can't wait to give it to her.

Lil' Kitty

I've been enjoying the nice weather and working in my yard and not getting too much crafting done.  I did do a little coloring with my youngest daughter and made a card with my imagine.  We both colored the Little Miss Muffet stamp "Swings 'n Slides - Lil' Kitty".  I bought this stamp because it reminded me of my youngest daughter and her love of hats.

Hippo Birdie to You

It was a beautiful weekend and we were busy with the kids, but I managed to get a quick card made for my sister's birthday later this week.  I had brought the Lawn Fawn Year Four stamp set, but had not used it yet.  I think it turned out pretty cute.  I love the bright colors.

Watercolor

Watercolor is everywhere right now.  I love the look and have been playing with it again.  I love the word dies, but don't have any yet.  I tried using my Cricut machine to cut the word, but it just didn't turn out how I wanted it after I clear embossed it.  I then decided to try another card and did the water coloring differently and stamped the words this time.  I like the results better.
This is the second one I did, and liked this one much better.

I wasn't happy with the way this one turned out.

More Coloring

I was home yesterday with a sick child.  We did some stamping and coloring.  Then I turned a few of those images into cards.

An Easter Bunny from Bugaboo Stamps
Bunny and Chick Topper from Bugaboo Stamps
Bunny and Chicks from Bugaboo Stamps

Girl and Boy from Sarah Kay Digital Stamps

This was my first attempt coloring people.  I didn't do a lot of shading, but am still happy with the results for my first one.

One Last Snow Day

It snowed Sunday night into Monday morning.  Schools were closed and so was my work.  While I enjoyed our snow day, I do hope it is the last one for this winter.  I am ready for spring.  My girls and I stayed in our pj's all day and just played inside.  I made a few more cards using my new stamps and a few new Copics I got at Michael's Sunday afternoon.  I had been waiting for a couple weeks for them to go on sale.

Last week I was looking at some the cards on the Lawn Fawn Blog for inspiration.  There are so many cute ones out there.  I also had a printed a few layouts from the MOJOMonday Blog as well.  Here's what I made.
